(Smoked salmon filled with prawns and maryrose sauce.)

Prosciutto e melone
(Parma ham and melon.)

Zuppa d’aragosta
(Homemade lobster soup.)

Gamberretti all’ orientale
(Prawns with pineapple and slightly curried sauce.)

Pollo della casa
(Chicken breast cooked in brandy & white wine finished with prawns and
lobster sauce.)

Trota alla pescatora
(Trout with prawns rosemary and white wine sauce.)

Filetto al alcapone
(Fillet steak cooked in a tomato sauce with garlic and chilli peppers.)

Vitello alla contessa
(Veal cooked in mushrooms and cream.)

Lasagna
(Homemade lasagne.)
