(Chicken breast on sauteed mushrooms with a marsala sauce.)

(Trout with prawns rosemary and white wine sauce.)

Filetto al alcapone
(Fillet steak cooked in a tomato sauce with garlic and chilli peppers.)

Vitello alla contessa
(Veal cooked in mushrooms and cream.)

(Homemade lasagne.)
